This is a unique solution to getting a reliable Internet connection for
market data. Webramp makes a product that lets you connect to multiple
isp's simultaneously to retrieve Internet data. This way if one isp is
not performing to well it will pick up the data from the faster
connection. One of the drawbacks is that you need additional phone lines
(probably 3) and multiple isp services. More info can be found here:
