<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Well the bonds closed down, but leaving what might
be thought slightly too much of the pole above ground.&nbsp; However, with the
benefit of the overnight tonight, we may see what might turn out to be a good
down-bar to prove the point.&nbsp;&nbsp; On the other hand we might
not!&nbsp;&nbsp; How you position boys ever get to know what the market is
really going to do, I know not!&nbsp;&nbsp; I really don't!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>For us day traders, it doesn't matter so
much.&nbsp; It is just helpful to have the longer time frames telling and
confirming what is going on.&nbsp; It give you a chance to look for sell
signals, if the daily set-up is making the market look weak.&nbsp;&nbsp; When we
are in such rarefied atmosphere above Contract Highs, it makes it that much more
difficult to trade, but if we can move down a notch, then a whole bunch of
res/sup lines come into play and give us the clues we need.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Anyway, if the overnight is well down and the open
is likewise, then a punt at the puts might be on for the longer term trader or
else margining yourself in that direction.&nbsp; The day trader will just trade
what is in front of him...</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>PS&nbsp; It is not really worth sending a Gif file,
but that Pole on the Hill might become quite high point as the daily chart
develops over the next few days and weeks.</FONT></DIV>

I also found out the same thing by calling the CME's audit department
late this afternoon. I was told they are members in good standing.
Apparently alot of rumor's are flying around.
