[RT] Re: Janus Strategic Value Fund

Watching the Vanguard index funds, I'm seeing a major shift from small
to big cap and a minor shift from growth to value. SC value is far out
performing SC Growth but that just means value isn't declining as fast.
We sold our SC Growth Index fund some weeks ago and went long SP 500
index on the 9Mar NYSE buy signal. While Vanguard offers SP500 Growth
and Value indexes, I felt that the ingrained habits of the momentum
crowd would die hard and want to see more sustained evidence of shift to
value before betting on it. Personally, I believe value is in vogue at
market bottoms and suspect we'll see the "big one" (decline) before
value returns to popularity.
