[RT] STK: Use of Fill or Kill Orders

I have never used FOK orders.  If this type of order is entered how does
it usually affect priority and fill price?  What does a specialist
presume and how does he usually respond
when he receives a 1000 or 2000 share FOK order as opposed to a market
order?
