I got the idea from someone on another trading list. I've never seen it
in a book. You might try a web search. I used to have an Excel
spreadsheet that did it with macros. Don't know what happened to it. The
one I'm using now was written by a friend in C and it runs much faster
but he asked me not to distribute it. I think someone was selling an
Excel version on the web but I don't remember the address. You might ask
if anyone on the XLtraders list has one to share.
