Thanks for a great chart! I think this one tells it all. All the money is
fleeing NY going to ND. When this stops, a/ we get a generalized correction, b/
or we get a backwards rotation. My take: We get flight to quality sometimes in
the 2nd and 3rd quarters and then back into same ND stocks later in the year, or
98 and 99 revisited.
