[RT] S&P 500 Futures -- February 17th 10:00 (EST) Bar

Can anyone tell me what happened on  February 17th at 10:00 a.m. EST on the
March Contract in the S&P 500?  Was it a big report day?  What reports?  Or
was Alan Greenspan talking?  Any insights are appreciated.
And thanks to everyone for all the insightful posts that are consistently 
made on
