Think of the margin power you get  when you are long ND and short  SP
(about 1/2 the normal margin)
and your statement that the SP did not go  anywhere in 3 weeks is incorrect
when i got stopped out yesterday it was  at   a  VERY nice profit
(if you remember i was long from 50 and 55 hours exp. m/a and  also from
50 and 55 day exp. m/a  and from  89 hours)
also remember how much money is made from short the   12  1520 march calls
and long the Feb   1400 puts
