The New York markets have been like this as long as I can remember.  I very
seldom trade those markets.  Nothing in the past 30 years has made them change
their attitude.  I once called and complained.  The answer I received was, if
you don't like it, trade someplace else.  They could care less.  If everyone
stopped trading there it might impress them.  I doubt that will happen. Ira.
