To List:

It has been suggested to me that since many of the stocks I select are
OTC-BB they are hard to do due diligence. That is true and I will look for
the other listed gems. But among these OTC-BB's are often the next
blockbuster [or crapper].I had to resort to OTC-BB's since
tecno-fundamentally this market makes the highr caps harderr to meet my
criteria.

Below are due diligence sites for an OTC-BB.Pardon the arrows.I had to
rework it a few times.

Sincerely,

John

Suppose SAZZ is this week’s pick.

SAZTEC switches sources. SAZTEC International provides information
conversion services. The company helps convert information (data, graphics,
text) from several sources, including microfilm and paper, to such
computer-usable formats as HTML and SGML languages. After a client approves
a test database, SAZTEC begins the formal conversion, tracking documents
throughout the process. The company also provides consulting, data entry,
database maintenance, and project management services both on- and off-site.
It primarily services the electronic publishing industry, including
libraries, market research companies, online information vendors, and
publishers. Amsterdam-based Tallard BV owns 45% of SAZTEC.

“…we will continue to redefine our traditional role from a converter of data
to electronic form, to a builder of content for many different
organizations, including the growing market for Internet based
applications'', said Christopher Parker, CEO.”

My opinion, target of 1.50 short term.

DISCLOSURE
