[RT] Re: Best day trading market

If I could choose only one market to day trade it would definitely be
T-Bonds, for a number of reasons.

For one, T-Bond market behavior typically has a very "plodding" nature
about it. Provided that the trader avoids certain critical times when
key economic reports are due out, T-Bond price activity is usually
absent of the kind of volatility spikes so often associated with S&P
futures and many of the more thinly traded commodity contracts. This
lends itself to a much more sane market atmosphere where the day trader
has sufficient time to make well planned decisions.

Secondly, I find that it is one of the easier markets to spot high
probability set ups, and avoid those trading periods with less
predictability.

And lastly, the T-Bond market typically has excellent liquidity with
little slippage. In addition, due to its large trading volume, it is
much less prone to the kind of market manipulation so often associated
with the more thinly traded markets.
