Yes, but its what happened between last May and today, especially what
happened from November '99 through January 2000. Whereas the DOW and other
indexes continued above their 50 and 200 day ma's the end of day cumulative
volume has formed a rather major divergence and is having trouble staying
above its 200 day. Short term optimistically, the RSI of INDU and EODCV are
at reversal levels for both the INDU and EODCV. So let's party for one or
two more weeks.
