Dear Scott, JHP, and all the ad busters,
Wake up people. All of life is one big advertisement. No one does anything
for free unless they think they can somehow benefit. Celebrities go on talk
shows for chump change so they can plug their latest book or movie. Most of the
people here are doing the same thing, to some degree, whether they are conscious
of it or not. If you expect to get information that took me 30 years of blood,
sweat and tears to learn for free and without any chance of my benefiting, think
again. If we follow your interpretation of the law, no one will be left to
contribute. I have been on here for almost 3 years. During that time, I have
seen several well known market traders and analyst come and go, because of the
constant harassment. If someone contributes, they should be able to get the
message across how people can get more info and what they offer. Eddie Kwong
told me that as long as I was a regular contributor, I could insert a plug
occasionally.
It would be sad if Scott and JHP were the be the only ones left here. If you
like, I will keep track of all of the advertising that occurs on here that you
have let slide. You're not taking bribes are you? <G>
I think you have unfairly singled me out. But, I will restrain from posting
anything about the markets for awhile in deference to your wisdom. Meanwhile, I
am joining the ad police and look forward to being an "ad buster". I look
forward to working with you JHP and Scott. With any success, RT should be a
"ghost list" within a month or two. Just think of the time this will save, with
50-100 less e-mails to read each day.
Bustingly,
Norman
P.S. Isn't the "realtraders" e-mail address an adverstisement for Real Traders?
Book 'em Dan-o!
I think I just made my first bust. Can we turn on the siren and flashing lights
now? Do we get free
donuts and coffee or does that require we give them a plug?
