[RT] TS 4.0 and BMI: an ugly reality

If one would prefer or must stay with a cable based (ie nonsatellite, 
noninternet) "real time" data provider and uses TS 4.0, there aren't a whole 
lotta choices out there besides BMI.   They know it.  They bank on it.
