Oops, there is an error in that last post on AvgTrueRange(n). That won't
work in the intraday code even though it verifies it doesn't plot correctly
since it uses the intraday bars instead of previous Day data. What is
needed is the correct expression for AvgTrueRange for Day bars to be
included in intraday data.
