Funny how regularly indeed we see the crash talk start all over agin on this and other
lists... And each time the market rose soon after.

No, we don't know anything. If I look at a 50 year or 200 year chart, I see a bull
market, period. If I look at a 1000 year chart, I see a bull, period. If I look at
history itself, I see a bull, period. nothing moves in straight lines, so there are
disruptions, which always create huge opportunities. The rich don't go bankrupt usually
in bear markets, the speculators do. It is only a question of risk assessment and
prudent managing. Keep positive cashflows at all times and the sky is the limit. No
bear market will change that.
