your job was only as good as your last 3 year OUTPERFORMANCE of sp500,
I was only an employee with performace bonus.
And this was completely different then today
you only traded low p/e stocks with no debt and decreasing inventories
the only specials we did was selling covered calls and puts
on the same stock
