By Garbage I was referring to stocks so cheap they're practically worthless.
Stocks in long-term downtrends. Gold-mining stocks. Value stocks. Penny
stocks. Etc. This is the slag heap of stocks. These are the stocks that
insitutional buyers won't touch with a 10-foot pole. These are stocks that
they spam with "urgent buy" emails. If you're really lucky you will get a
cold call trying to sell you a stock like this.
