The first of the boomers turn 54 this year. Most of them started saving for retirement late and are trying to make up lost time. Normal retirement for social security for them will be age 67. I think they "need" more growth and will stay in equities longer than
two more years.

I tend to agree with your premise here,....
Question: Realistically,...when do you think
the boomers could start becoming more defensive
..in what year. Personally,..I think it could happen over the
next year or two....and confuse this whole demographic
scenario which is so universally accepted. Thanks.
