hi guys,
good topic! fwiw, looking for followthrough buying off a low, i've found
that the THIRD
day or later from the low is more reliable than the frist or second (today
would be the second in the sp futures). I.e. the second day can be very
deceptive, looking
really strong on good volume (short-covering?), and then it could FIZZLE on
the third day right when it should follow through for real.

false 2nd day follow -thru example: 8/20/97
had a better one around here somewhere (I experienced it personally). It was
a couple years ago.

regards,
phil
