I'd go for it (I already have accounts at Fidelity) except one thing:
it says you need a minimum of 40k modem connection. I can't get
over 28k on my phone lines, and I can't get DSL or cable here.
Are you on a modem? Does it really need 40k?

if you use AOL you can get REAL 56K
call customer ser and they will walk you on the steps of how to increase
the connection speed WITHOUT getting a T1 line,,
p.s it takes 72 trades to get it free
