Ben,
ELCO looks like a re-buy if:
1) There is a breakout on higher volume from the consolidation pattern on any
of the intra-day time frames.
2) You are more conservative, wait for a breakout on higher volume through
the minor pivot high of 39 3/4. There should be some kind of resistance at
this point.
As usual, time will tell.
