This should give you pivots on end of day data and intraday data. There are
two sets of pivots, one for support and one for resistance. They give
today's pivots on intraday data or daily bars. Another option gives the
pivots for tomorrow based on today's data. They must to be scaled to Price
and are usually placed in the same subgraph as price for the correct visual.
The inputs must be set correctly for intraday data or end of day data with
daily bars.

Pvt =1 for classical pivot based on high, low, close or, works on ID and EOD.
Pvt = 0 for the pivot based on the close, for ID or EOD.
Type = 1 for INTRADAY bars only, i.e. 3 minute, 5 minute, etc, style can be
dot, or left/right tick or line.
Type = 2 for DAILY bars based on yesterday's H,L,C, gives pivots for current
day, style should be left tick.
Type = 3 for DAILY bars gives tomorrow's S/R based on today's H,L,C as the
bar is developing in realtime or after the close. Style should be right
tick.
