errrrrrrr.... if the calender repeats every 28 years, I'd say 1971 is a
pretty safe bet. :-)
note - that won't be the most recent just like 1972 isn't the most
recent for 2000. but the 28 year cycle is one you can always count on.
finding the next or most recent is more complicated... depends on where
we are in the leap year cycle. i'll leave the math to someone else.
