Thanks a lot for those who replied and helped me on how to create my own
webpage!  

After a week of hard work, my website is up and running.  

Dec. 1999 Sky Blue Monthly is out.  Check this site:

Going directly to /index.htm is much better because the advertisement
banner won't follow you around.
