[RT] Repeated messages

So, is everyone getting the same messages over and over?
Kind of like the movie "Groundhog Day"  How can I escape this; 
ie, what is the process for unsubscribing from Realtraders?  
I have tried the usual methods of sending a message with
"unsubscribe" in the subject line to admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
but the next day I recieve yet another copy of Sophie's and 
Wong's two week old messages.  ARGHHH!
