The MSFT write-up on Bubble-Boy indicates that their fix corrects the
function of some Active-X controls which are co-opted by Bubble Boy.  From
what I've seen, the patches let Outlook Express run at any security level
without further concern for these controls.

I think someone posted the following links here a few weeks ago (for which I
was most grateful).  Microsoft has made it pretty easy to do the updates and
I'm hoping it has "inoculated" my Outlook Express.  Here are the links...
