Also PSFT made a bid for Vantive, VNTV for 0.825 shares of PSFT for every
share of VNTV. You could have bought VNTV and effectively saved $1 on the
cost of PSFT shares. When the deal closes in the March quarter, you'll get
your extra stock. That was a few weeks ago. "arbitrage" probably does not
exist now. >>
