The counts have been started from both the start and the end of 2 points
(A-B) for the various fib ratios which could be either 2 highs, 2 lows or
either a high and a low. These have all been tried with some success. The
1.28 is an attempt to measure from a point between A & B.

There are specific rules by different people such as points AB must be only
lows or only a swing from low to high etc. The key is not to know that these
ratios exist but to know when they will occur. This has been the problem
that no one has discovered or at least no one has revealed. Good luck.
