I suggest calling the NFA (800-621-3570) to see if the have had any
sanctions or disciplanary actions issued against them. First, call the
company and see if they are NFA members. Also, ask them where they clear
their trades. Specifically, who is their Introducing Broker and who is their
Futures Commission Merchant. Then check out these entities with the NFA. If
you call the company and they do not immediately give you this information
(the name of their IB and FCM), I would be very, very wary.
