The CocoLoco went short Friday morning.
Friends and relatives were delighted. The profit on this recent trade
was small, but I'm always very pleased to "take out a little chuck" when I
trading against the trend. As I've stated in earlier post, if the trend
changes in cocoa (...is this a classic saucer bottom setting up?), the +5 and
-85 parameters will no longer be able to produce reliable signals. As long
as the current levels continue to produce profits, I will continue to use them
for trigger points. I've been in the market, long/short, since cocoa was
trading above 1800. All I can say is: wow.
