On Tuesday, 10/12, I posted that although my next
DJIA turn point was forecasted for 10/21 (next Thursday), my shorter term
analysis was signaling the possibility of a 2 to 3 day down move. Today's action
confirmed the potential for an upday tomorrow. The shorter term analysis
indicated more DOW stocks likely to turn up tomorrow than down. The count was
about Evan for today.

There are 17 DOW stocks in confirmed downtrends.
Ten of those showed an up close today, often a precursor to a reversal. If a
reversal does occur tomorrow it would be a bullish reversal for 7 of these
bearish stocks, perhaps signaling some bottoming potential for this downturn.
Also adding evidence for a reversal tomorrow was my intraday volume
indicator signaling accumulation beginning and a sell off in
gold.

If the reversal occurs tomorrow, the short
term analysis would then agree with the long term, calling for a reversal on
10/21-22. The key will be tomorrows action and close. If Thursday's high is
taken out with a second higher close, expect a top to occur on 10/21-22. If
tomorrow is an inside day or a lower close then this would appear to be a
hesitation with continued weakness next week to 10/21-22.

I found out about www.lemetropolecafe.com by watching CNBC. They were
interviewing a guest on their show and the web site was given.

There was a cafe in Paris by the same name and some of the top intellectuals
in the world would go there and discuss world affairs ie the stock market,
economics etc.. This web site does the same thing.
If you know some other sites where intelligent discussion takes place I
would like to know. It is far far above the level of discussion seen here
most of the time. I read a lot and it is rare to find discussion at that
level.
some of the top people in the world in these fields discuss these things. It
is really interesting to say the least, and it gives you insight you can use
to invest etc.. I went to the site and you can get a 14 day free trial to
access the site which I did. They send me email daily on gold usually. Free
of charge...no charge. I have been sharing some of this info because I
found it well written, interesting, informative, exciting, etc. I enjoy
reading this stuff. I have been a trader and an analyst for about 12
years,(you have to be an analyst to be a trader) I use technical analysis
only usually, I trade my own account only. I am an armchair economist and
enjoy reading about the market, economics etc.. Probably some people aren't
interested in these things. It puzzles me when people don't like reading
this stuff. Also this comes from some of the best minds out there, anybody
should feel lucky they can read this stuff, it is better than reading boring
stuff from unintelligent people . Me, I like all the info I can get, then
i can try to put the puzzle together. This is some of the best info out
there. If you have something intelligent to share, go for it.

This is about trading or I wouldn't be interested.
