Here is a gif of what I see in your last msg. This is Outlook Express with
view|text size|medium, which is one step larger than I usually use. Your
10-pt type is hard to read even at this resolution. I concur with others
who have requested that we keep the text as Plain Text, without fancy fonts
or smaller point sizes. The information is more important than the style
(most of it anyway).
