To me employment news was negative though. Markets don't care about numbers of 
employed but about wage pressures, and that one was clearly negative, despite 
Floyd.
It remains to be seen now how much more negative mood we can get though. If 
stocks start believing times are tougher ahead, bonds might well have a relief 
rally.

| Classic case of "good news is bad news" - bond market psychology is very
| negative. Not only was the employment report better than expected but both
| crude and copper have major declines in place this morning which should be
| supportive to bonds.
