I do not think he is targeting the stock market at all, at least he is
not trying to crush it. What he is trying to do, is forestall possible
imbalances caused by a market whose valuation makes tulips in Holland
look cheap a few hundred years back.

Check out my commentary section on my web site. Got a piece there for
free on what I think he was getting at. (Not selling a newsletter here
folks. As of now, still only sell to institutions. Just too lazy to
attach files.)
