Re: GEN - DTN sat feed

Upon receipt of my original post I realized that I had  said DTN customer service
was "well about average."   I had intended to say "well above average"  as with
all such operations a lot depends on the particular person you get; however,
compared to other customer service operations I've been privileged to experience
DTN's is very good.   I've even had them call me back with further suggestions to
solve a problem.    I've had few real problems with the satellite system, but I've
been most satisfied with their responsiveness.  However, I must say their sales
department is like most I've dealt with and I try to avoid dealing with them if at
all possible.
