FUT: Daily Sentiment Index

Jake Bernstein talks about a Daily Sentiment Index for futures in his book 
`Why Trdares Lose, How Traders Win`.

Does anyone know of a daily or weekly measurement of futures traders 
sentiment?

Any suggestions in this area are appreciated.
