information about the quality of your connection. I knew that PMB was having
problems this morning by checking my pingplotter running in the background. In
fact I will not send any orders if pingplotter is 500 or above. I always check
before I trade. I am in the process of having a backup broker in case PMB goes

Unfortunately, my electronic entry system goes down from time to
time. Thankfully, I have a backup plan with an actual broker.
This morning, Mark Morrisson at PMB called me to warn me that the system was
down. Although I wish the system never had problems, i am very happy
to know before I try to place the order, that the system will not
work. This is not a one time event. mark has called me in the
past if there are problems. And, when I do call to place an order, he
picks up on the first or second ring. This type of quality service is
more of the exception than the rule. I wish that this industry had
more people like Mark.

Upon inspection of a 15 minute chart of the S&P I cannot get
a legitimate count of 5 down waves from the July 19 top through
the low yesterday. My count indicates that if it were a 5- down
count wave 3 would be shorter than both wave 1 and 5. Con-
sequently, I can only get a three down in terms of both price
and time. Yes, there are 5 waves down but the rules don't ap-
pear to verify this as legitimate. Am I wrong? The conclusions
are that this entire correction at worst is not a ziz-zag and down-
side risk is limited in terms of price? That is to say, in EWT
terms we are looking for either a flat or complex correction.
Would someone like to correct my thinking? I am open-minded to other
possibilities.
Charles
