5 minute bars not updating when they should? In other words, shouldnt a
new bar start at 5,10,15 etc during each hour? Its not happening with mine
and they cant seem to give me an answer. The data is coming in when it
should but the bars are not updating when they should. (i am comparing it

Both.
With Pentium 2/Celeron/K6 class, computer speed is probably saturated.
Then connection speed depends on the connection bandwidth, net traffic,
server capability of page that is being accessed, etc, etc. Multifactorial.
