5 minute bars not updating when they should?&nbsp; In other words, shouldnt a 
new bar start at 5,10,15 etc during each hour?&nbsp; Its not happening with mine 
and they cant seem to give me an answer.&nbsp; The data is coming in when it 
should but the bars are not updating when they should.&nbsp; (i am comparing it

Both.
With Pentium 2/Celeron/K6 class, computer speed is probably saturated.
Then connection speed depends on the connection bandwidth, net traffic,
server capability of page that is being accessed, etc, etc. Multifactorial.
