Slick Willie has a totally different accounting practice than you or I.
The " budget surplus" are actually defense spending cuts for the military, as
any good draft dodger would not spend money on defense. Also Hillary is a
cattle trader.
Remember, she turned $2000 into $100,000 profit on one trade. Imagine what
she can do with a few million of campaign dollars.
