David Tice talks a good game but is full of crap. The Prudent Bear fund is
down over 60% since 1996 under his "management". Eventually he will be
right (after all, a broken clock is right twice a day) but oh, the
opportunity that has been loss in the meantime's. Frankly, I'm mystified
how one man can miss so many opportunities. Even when the big, supposedly
over-valued net names get creamed occasionally, the PB fund still doesn't
gain much if any NAV, indicating that he is not short these names.
