Gen: Consecutive Bar Counter .ela(s) and test.

Hi Group,

I made a little study sometime back that counts consecutive bars. It will
count up to 9 bars in a row and then start over; and it plots the count on
your chart above the bar. You can vary the price counted such as the Close
or the Highs, Lows etc. If you don't like the code change it to suit
yourself. Enjoy.
