The experience with the astrologers is not much different than what one gets if
you ask a group of economists questions about the economy, or more to the point,
a group of Elliott Wavers what the count is. In spite of this, EW is found by
its followers to be useful and the economy does muddle along. Most EWers, I
suspect, do not rely solely on EWT (I certainly don't), and similarly I suspect
that many astrologers don't rely solely on astrology. In fact, I recently heard
an interview with Arch Crawford in which he said that he uses astrology to
identify important time periods and then traditional techniques for trading.
Guess I'm like that also. I don't really believe in astrology, but do watch
those important dates. Just another data point, and hell it doesn't hurt.
