GEN - AIQ/MyTrack symbol for TICK

Anyone using AIQ with the MyTrack database?  I am in need of the symbol for
NYSE TICK.  MyTrack uses N.TN for their quote window but that doesn't work
in AIQ.  Neither does N-TN.  Am waiting fo answers from either of these
sources.
