Thanks for your quickly answer, dated on 23 Jun, 1999.   Here I want  you to 
inform  what  I am looking for and I will  thanks in advance if you can help 
me, actually, in the following proyects:

Proyect Nro. One

I have allready  issued   SAFEKEEPING RECEIPT`S, based  of  properties like  
  MINE¨s  (in normal activity actually) like GOLD and other ,  with all  the 
geological and appraisal  studies, as well as,  Land  properties.

All those SAFEKEEPING RECEIPT`S  are issued by local Bank`s, here in 
Ecuador, but all of them are NOT VALUATED. The reazon for that  situation  
is because the local Bank`s  has actually NOT the necessary or enough  
financial support to respond to the big amount,  that those proyects 
involve.

There fore, I want to ask you, very respectfully, if there is any  
possibility to VALUATE those SAFEKEEPING RECEIPT`S,  which I can  send to 
you ASAP (as soon as possible), as well as, all kind of other  necessary 
documents if you are interested  in study this proposition.

Proyect Nro. Two

The requirements in the next following  two cases, is  to find financial 
support to pay the costs of the emission of the appropriate Bank Instrument 
(as indicated below) which can be used, later on, to be introduced into any 
First-Class Bank, in order to develop an ASSURED Highyield Program.

I have a CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT from a First Class ECUADORIAN Bank, 
PRODUBANK, that Certifies and Guarantee’s, with full Bank Responsibility, 
that they have in their power and custody, the following documents 
concerning to an area of 40.000 hectares (has.) property:

1.-Certification of Acquisition and Legal Ownership, in originals and duly 
notarized, as well as, fully inscribed in the Property Register.

2.-Certificate of Property Register free of encumbrances;

3.-Appraisal Study of Resources and Biodiversity Services, for two hundred 
million eight hundred sixty thousand of American Dollars (US $ 200´860.000), 
which have been realized by a specialized technical team of the Ministry of 
Foreign Affairs, of the Ecuadorian Government;

4.-The ratification agreement issued by the Environment Unit of the General 
Secretariat of Planning of the CONADE (National Development Committee), IDB 
( Inter-American Developing Bank)-CONADE Project,
Principal Entity of Environmental Planning in the Republic of Ecuador, whom 
approved the above Appraisal Study of Resources and Biodiversity Services of 
  this area.

The land in question, is part of the Sangay National Park, of Ecuador, which 
constitutes one of the private owner components inside of this National 
Park. The main portion has an extent of approximately forty thousand 
hectares (40.000 has). This property consists of altitudinal zones ranging 
from 800 to 4000 meters above sea level, and has been declared by UNESCO as 
Patrimony of Humanity, being an area of highest Biodiversity in the World.

Here I want to say,  that with those documents, under the authorization  of 
the Beneficiary,  and with full responsibility from their side, this 
document can  be pledged and hypothecated to ascertain credit facilities.

The question is, who would be interested in invest (or using any Guaranty 
from Bank to Bank) to transform this property-document, already described,  
into a First-class Bank Finance instrument here in Ecuador (Per example, a 
Promissory Note and/or a SafeKeeping Receipt), or open a  Offshore Credit 
line.

Proyect Nro. Three

I do have also in my  hands the following documents:

1.-Certification of Acquisition and Legal Ownership, in originals and duly 
notarized, as well as, fully inscribed in the Property Register.

2.-Notary power of the owners and from their representant, for  obtain the 
necessary credits, as well as, the rights to apply to a  Highyield program.

3.-The whole property of land, already evaluated by an important Bank in 
Ecuador, is around USD 15.000.000,00.

4.-Certificate of Property Register free of encumbrances.

The difficulty is centered in the impossibility (My shortage of the 
necessary funds) to transform the legal Ownership Document into a Finance 
Bank Document or Instrument, like a Promissory Note and/or a Safekeeping 
Certificate from a First Class Bank represented in Quito, Ecuador, like ABN 
Amro Bank.  This Bank accepted the proposition, but asked for the down cash 
payment (4 or 5%), which there is no possible for me, and therefore I am 
looking for external support.


I would like you, very sincerely, to suggest you, to ask me all kind of 
question about all of these themes’s, in order to clear every doubt before 
we go further on.
