It is a dos based program that is fabulous as a research tool for time or
price or both. It was the program in my opinion until Dynamic Trader arrived
on the scene. I have never used DT so I cannot compare them but many have
proclaimed the benefits of DT. For the pure researcher, NP is still
excellent and allows you to make forecasts based on your analysis. It allows
you to test Gann or fibonacci or any time based cycles in addition to price
projections.

The newsletters that supported NP were a unique blend of a full trading
course on time based theories and real examples of how to use the software to
test the theories. Despite being a Dos product, it is easy to use and has
some features that are still unique to it. I don't know if they still
advertise it or support it or even sell it anymore.
