Overall, I was disappointed. Parts of the book were interesting, looking at
the pit through his eyes, but much of the book is about growing up with a
father with mafia connections and about how tough he (the author) was. I
certainly wouldn't look for any trading ideas in the book (not that he
doesn't have any, just not in the book).
I also found the book repetitive and poorly edited. I wondered whether the
contract specified a certain minimum number of pages. As a quick read, on a
flight, for example, it might do the trick. But maybe my expectations were
too high.
Anyway, that's my opinion.
