The indexes have recorded a new high around 12:15 CST. This
is often forbodes increased volatility and range expansion for
the balance of the trading day. The rule states that if the indexes
back down and hold near these levels--look for a strong close.
Alternatively, if the indexes break lower without any consolidation--
look for a choppy to lower close.
