If you're looking for a free site, the only one with which I'm familiar is
www.quote.com - their Live Charts feature tracks the e-mini and currencies
in real-time, but other futures are 10-30 minutes delayed. You'll need to
register, but it's free.
Other than that, I don't think such an animal exists - unless you want to
pay hundreds in exchange fees. I've never found a site that meets your
criteria, but if you find one, let us know.
