This is a study done in 1990 by Gelman Research Corp.
He tracked the market from its high point in May or
June to its low point in July, August or September.
The market declined in 51 of the past 51 summers.
(1940 - 1990) The largest decline was 29.8% the
smallest was .43%, and the average was 8.1% I do not
have the up to date figures.
